Terms and Conditions

1. Webinar Registration and Payment

  • All webinars must be paid for in full at the time of registration.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

  • Once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with access details.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Webinar purchases are non-refundable unless canceled seven (7) days in advance of the first session.

  • If a webinar is canceled by Colorado Design Labs, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

  • If you cannot attend a webinar, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We can help you transfer your registration to another person.

3. Access and Use

  • Access to webinar materials is granted solely to the registered individual.

  • You may not share, record, distribute, or reproduce webinar content without our express written permission.

  • Webinar materials and recordings (if provided) are for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content presented during the webinars, including but not limited to slides, videos, and resources, is the intellectual property of Colorado Design Labs or its presenters.

  • No content may be copied, modified, or used for commercial purposes without written authorization,

5. Technical Requirements

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that your device, internet connection, and software are compatible with the webinar platform.

  • Colorado Design Labs is not responsible for technical issues on your end that may impact your access to the webinar.

6. Code of Conduct

  • We expect all participants to engage respectfully and professionally.

  • We reserve the right to remove any participant from a webinar for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Colorado Design Labs is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your participation in a webinar.

  • We make no guarantees regarding results or outcomes from webinar content.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
