Over the course of my forty-year career as a UX researcher, designer, engineer, teacher, and manager, I’ve successfully navigated the internal politics of several organizations ranging from Fortune 50 corporations and global professional service firms to boutique tech companies—spanning a wide array of industries.
I’ve led in-house experience and content design teams tasked with delivering products and services for consumers, businesses, employees, and even children.
Now, as the founder of Colorado Design Labs, I’m committed to developing practical and innovative approaches to designing best-in-class human-product systems—reducing or removing the burdens technology places on people—and in doing so, helping products and services realize their full potential.
